The Model 470 features an 8″ intake hose to increase volume and minimize clogging. The vacuum is mounted directly to the mowing machine allowing mower and vacuum to work as a single unit. Handling around trees, flower beds and other obstacles is excellent. The 44 gallon Rubbermaid Brute container is strong enough to absorb the rough everyday abuse and is easily removed for quick dumping anywhere: trash pile, pickup-truck, or compost heap. Powered by a 8.75 ft lbs gross torque Briggs and Stratton Intek I/C engine. Optional engines include the Briggs and Stratton 9.0 ft lbs gross torque Intek Pro, Subaru/Robin 6HP, and Honda 5.5HP engines.
