Purpose of for the position:

Assist in managing the daily operation of the parts department.

Principal responsibilities:

Maintain accurate inventory of all parts in the parts department

Process ordering of replacement parts

Process the ordering of shop supplies

Responsible for maintaining consignment inventory

Assist customers with telephone orders for replacement parts

Assist with quoting customers pricing on agricultural equipment parts

Assist with researching the best prices for materials and supplies

Able to multitask

High attention to detail

Excellent communication skills


Ability to work independently

Must be able to lift 50 pounds

Able to bend, stoop, kneel

Required education:

High school or equivalent

Required experience:

1+ years of Parts Counter Experience (Industrial parts experience preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Hours: 8:30AM – 5:00 PM M-F
